1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at ksalaw.com.au (the Site) operated by Khoury Scott & Associates Pty Ltd ACN 631 193 363, trading as KSA Law (we, us, our). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. No legal advice

The content on this Site is general information only and is not legal advice. It does not take into account your particular circumstances and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified Australian legal practitioner. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

3. No solicitor–client relationship

Using this Site, sending us an enquiry through the contact form, or emailing us does not create a solicitor–client relationship. A retainer is only formed when we have completed our conflict and identification checks and issued you a costs disclosure and engagement letter, which you have signed and returned.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, the KSA Law name and marks, and the underlying code — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, any account, or any connected system.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, scraping bots or any code intended to disrupt or damage the Site.
