A retainer is only established after we have completed conflict and identification checks and issued an engagement letter and costs disclosure, which you have signed and returned.

Until a retainer is in place, please do not send us confidential or privileged information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSA Law, its principals, employees, agents and contractors will not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from any reliance on the Content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the resupply of the Content.
